Agnes Shinganya

Agnes is a dedicated and self- driven lawyer who is very innovative. She is a banking and finance, real estate lawyer with a wealth of experience. And handles all matters related to banking and real estates in the firm. She has a wealth of experience in drafting loan security documentation, she has a keen passion is drafting legal mortgages, debentures, guarantees among others and can oversee the whole procedure of perfection of securities in Tanzania. She has established a good relationship with respective registries and is able to perfect all mortgages within a short period of time. Agnes has as well assisted in corporate audit of files at BRELA and carrying out due diligence for clients, she is able to set up all types of businesses in Tanzania to a full standing.

Before joining us; Agnes was working with COSMOS GROUP (T) LIMITED as a LEGAL & HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER. Being legal Adviser and Secretary to the Board of directors, in charge of giving advice and opinion on all legal issues facing the Companies and Human Resources Manager, handling all matters relating to the affairs of the employees and the employer.
